When to take it: Day and/or night as needed. How to use it: Start low and go slow. Begin with a 0.25 mL dose. Observe effects over the next 6-8 hours. If not effective, increase dose after a few days by 0.25 mL. Repeat in 0.25mL increments every few days until you feel relief.
